Shipping Policys

1. General

Depending on supply availability. Although we make every effort to keep our website up to date with correct stock counts, occasionally there could be a discrepancy in stock, meaning we might not be able to fulfil all of your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will send you the products that are in stock and get in touch with you to ask if you'd rather we process a refund or wait for the backordered item to be restocked.


2. Transit Times

Domestic shipments typically take two to seven days to arrive in transit.


3. Change Of Delivery Address

Orders placed by 3 PM GMT will be shipped that same day; if not, they will be shipped the following business day.

Except for public holidays, when it is closed, our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We take action in these situations to guarantee that shipment delays won't happen too often.


4. Items Out Of Stock

In the event that an item is out of stock, your order will not be shipped until the item becomes available. While we wait for this item, the current products in the order will be reserved.


5. Delivery Time Exceeded

Please get in touch with us so that we may look into any instances when the delivery time has gone longer than expected.


6. Cancellations

We allow cancellations at any point before the order has been shipped if you decide to change your mind before receiving your order. Please refer to our return policy if an order has already been shipped.
